Q: Hello My question is regarding where the pump/filter meet! When pump is not running it leaks, but when turned on it doesn’t. I thought that it needed teflon tape, so I did that, but it still leaks. Any ideas or recommendations?

Q: The O-ring that fits onto the bottom opening of the multi-port valve, where the standpipe inserts broke. I ordered the O-ring replacement kit and then realized that particular O-ring is not part of the kit. How can I get a replacement for the O-ring that goes into the bottom opening of the multi-port valve? I’m worried that without it the stand pipe won’t seal properly and could result in a leak.
