Q: How does the gas ignition work? ie: Pilot light, Electric, etc What kind of electrical hook up does it need? ie: 120v, 240v? Does it come with a plug for electrical?

Hi, the heater uses a hot surface igniter, and it can be wired either 120 or 240 volts.

Q: Please provide availability and pricing. I am replacing an existing H150 heater that has developed worsening tubing leaks due to corrosion. Is there a local distribution center/dealer in the San Diego area? When I entered my Lemon Grove 91945 location nothing came up. There is a nearby Leslie's Pool Supply that I have purchase other Hayward valves and products, but I would like to buy direct since I will be doing the installation as previously done.

Hi, your heater is designed to be out in the elements, but you should make sure you drain all the water out of it as outlined in the manual.

Q: I have a Hayward Swim Pro Model # SW150DHN, Serial number 21132104107331001 that is leaking water. I believe it is coming from the Heat Exchanger Assembly. When I search Model SW150DHN, I get information about H150FD. Are they the same unit?
