Attached to this email is a PDF of the Universal H-Series Low NOx Heater for reference purposes. Page 20 of this document provides descriptions and instructions of the controls for this model. The model number and serial number are located in two places on the FD heaters. On the exterior, these are found on the right side of the unit. Image_2023-09-06_10-25-30.png This product must be installed and serviced by authorized personnel, qualified in pool/spa heater installation. Improper installation and/or operation can create carbon monoxide gas and flue gases that can cause serious injury, property damage, or death. It is necessary to exercise caution when opening the control cabinet by removal of the front access panel which is located below the User Panel's keypad. Turn off fuel gas supply and turn off electrical supply to this unit before removal of the front access panel. Image_2023-09-06_11-47-29.png The control cabinet contains a data plate affixed to the inside floor panel near the front of the cabinet which contains unit specifications, model number, and serial number. On the inside of the control cabinet, a data plate is located with operational specification for this unit. The model number and serial number of the unit is also printed on that data plate.
