Q: How much?

Q: I want to register my tracvac us-suction car serial number2134208000260002, also the accs kit serial number 2134240800026002

Q: How can I get a replacement part that has broken? Hayward Latch Kit HSXTV102

Q: When the TracVac rotates, it rotates 360 degrees, get stuck against the wall and repeats. Is there a way to change the rotation.

Q: My TracVac is new and began using it January 2025, it locks up weekly and I have had my pool service look at it, we've taken it apart and reassembled it and it worked for a week and locked up again. The pool is new, no debris is the unit itself when disassembled and what I have found is one of the gear shafts slides or shifts and the gear falls of the shaft/rod. This is the case weekly and the set screw does not appear to hold the shaft from shifting. This is a weekly issue and each time it happens I have to take the complete gear assembly apart, realign the gears, slide the shaft back in place and retighten the set screw. I like the unit itself but I believe this is a warranty issue and would like to know how to go about replacing this unit.

Q: Will the work with a 3/4hp pool pump. My pool is 14x31.

Q: my gears are slipping and the vacuum is not working. I purchased last March 21, 2024. I am unable to read the serial number and want to know what the warranty is. I had a warranty tech come out to repair but he also was unable to read the serial number and said I would need to contact for a repair or replacement

Q: I as thinking of purchasing one but it seems the clip breaks regularly and it’s not under warranty :thinking: I would have thought that you would recall and replace tit with a more durable clip

Q: Why can't you buy parts for these? So many reviews say the latch and other parts break within a year, and then aren't available. Every online source lists it as 'out of stock'. It's an awful lot of money to risk.

Q: Why is the vacuum getting stuck on the steps in a vertical position.

Q: Just like others my latch broke in half. I have only had unit for less than one year.

Q: How do you get Hayward to Respond to a broken front clip, (Blue one touch canopy release) Mine apparently hits my stair riser before the tracks make contact, and it split horizontally right down the center just below the lowest raised grip line. I used the sites contact us form and got 1 automated. (Please don’t reply link), that said someone from customer service would contact me soon. That was the middle of December 2024. HELP! BTW this question is in regards to the Trac-Vac
