Q: I have a Tiger Shark QC, I’m just guessing but have probably owned for 10yrs or more. I have an 18’x36’ in ground pool with a deep end. This season, the shark is remaining in the deep end for the entire cycle. Any idea why and is there something that I can do to fix?

Q: Hi, we have an older tiger shark QC robotic cleaner. It does a great job, but it always misses places. I have to use the pool brush and pole too guide it to areas that it doesn't get to. Is there anything I can do to get it to clean the entire pool? ps, I do switch the handle from one side to the other during the cleaning cycle. Is your newer model pool cleaner able to be programmed for a specific pool, or, able to be manually steered using Bluetooth? Does Hayward have an trade-in program to discount upgrading the Hayward pool cleaner to a newer model? Thank you!

Q: Hi our Tiger Shark will not complete a cleaning cycle, it runs a couple feet in one direction, then stops, then tries the going the opposite direction then stops for good. I’ve reset it multiple times. When we take it out of the water and try to roll the 2 rollers to move the belt, it rolls freely a small bit then meets resistance and pops. It worked fine when we put it away last winter. Could the belt be slipping and need replacing or would it be the a roller problem, or bearings problem. Thank you for the help.

Q: The handle on the cleaner broke off whie taking it out of the pool. This is under a year old. Who do I talk to about warranty and getting it fixed.

Q: My pool size is slightly larger than 40x20.....it's a kidney around 45' x 23' give or take....is the max size of 40x20 a hard restraint for the cleaner?
