Q: I am in the process of installing 3 x psv3sgs valve which I purchased a long time ago and found something wrong between the stop tabs on the upper cover and the stop tab of the white circle with the 3 arrows installed under the handle. It looks like those tabs are at the opposite of where they should be. When the white circle is installed with the3 arrows the way they should be I cannot close completely the valve on the two ports diametrically opposed. I can fully close the valve on the middle port but not on the two other ports unless I remove the white circle. Are you aware of such problem? I can provide pictures if necessary.
