Q: I have a pool cleaner II, 2 wheel version, my pool is 9feet deep at the deep end, 3 or 4 at the shallow end, the cleaner keeps climbing the wall and out of the water and sucks air till the pump loses prime. I have reduced the knob at the skimmer to minimum, and changed the part in the cleaner to the biggest one, and it still keeps going out of the water. How do I keep it lower than water level?

Q: Hello. I just purchased a "PoolCleaner 2 Wheel Suction Cleaner. We had a PoolCleaner previously but it worked so hard the last years we had it, I had to replace it. The problem I have is the "leader" hose (the one that connects to the machine and then all of the hoses that do into the filtration part of the pool) that goes into the PoolCleaner and then connects to the rest of the hoses does not fit. What kind of "lead" hose do I need to get or what is the part number?

A:
Hi, the part number for the leader hose is PVLHP1900WH

Q: My pool has one skimmer. Will the pool cleaner work? It has one intake.

A:
Hi, if you have an inground pool this cleaner will most likely work for you. As long as your pump is capable of the required suction pressure it will work.

Q: My Hayward the pool cleaner 2 wheel will not clean the sides of my inground pool. It seems to be getting enough suction but will not clean the sides of the pool. I cleaned all the filters and check for leaks everything seems ok. Perhaps I need a smaller vent attachment on the unit in order to increase suction?

A:
Hi, someone from our Technical Service Department will contact you via email.
