Hi, depending on how much resistance to flow is in the plumbing system you may struggle with a .5 hp pump. We would recommend at least a 1 hp.

Q: Thanks for your answer about using a 2 wheel vs 4 wheel for my 8' by 20' pool. The dealer said he plans to go with the 4 wheel but I am concerned. Since it travels 11 to 14ft before turning, and my pool is just 8' wide, is it going to get messed up? Thanks, Dan Bridgman
