Q: My 2 year-old Super pump 700 stopped working. Our electrician opened up the top part and found a wire that had melted away. Also the o-ring (black seal) for the lid to the electrical area had partially disintegrated. I am having trouble finding parts for this part of the unit. Can I please get some assistance? I can send pictures of the parts that were damaged. Thank you!

Q: Bought a super pump 700 series (expert line) from a local dealer had it installed with my new liner, new Hayward sand filter and chlorinated.
