Q: Hi, I have a Tiger Shark pool cleaner for 10 years. I am very happy and satisfied with it. Lately it seems to cover about the same area of the pool constantly rather than performing a full pool coverage. I always submerged the cleaner into the pool at the same spot. Is it detrimental to start the robot at the same spot all the time, or is it recommended to change starting locations?

A: Hi, check your drive belts and rollers for wear. This could be the cause of the cleaner not giving complete coverage like it has in the past. It is also beneficial to change the location of the cleaner entry.
