Q: Is there a fuse to the pump controller box for the blower? If so, where is it?

Q: My spa blower is running very loud. Quiets a bit if I put my hand on it but still loud. High pitch wine. Any idea on cause? Has not been run in a while: several months. Seems to blow air/bubbles fine.

Q: I am preparing to install a pool and spa combination. We are going to have 8 upper jets and 5 lower jets. These upper and lower jests will be powered by separate pumps. Our pool builder is indicating that we need to have two hartford loop installed as close to the spa as possible. Our spa will be 18 inches above the pool decking and over 25 feet from where the blower will be installed (near the other pool equipment). We were told the hartford loops will be installed on the outside of the spa wall with the PVC piping looping out of the ground around one foot high. My question is this: First, do I need to have two hartford loops (one for each pump)? Second, could these loops, (regardless if it's one or two needed) be embedded in the wall of the spa? If so, would the height of the blower, above grade at 18 inches, be sufficient not to need a check valve? If a check valve is needed, can it be installed near the blower? Thank you for you time.
