Q: The vacuum cleaner does not turn on. When we flip the switch, a red light for the bottom cleaning lights up and when I press the button for the bottom cleaning and the wall cleaning, the orange light starts flashing. What kind of error message is this?

Q: My sharkvac XL turns off after only going 3 feet. When I turn it on, the impeller starts and I can see water flow from the top. The wheels and belt then move it about 3 feet and the entire unit shuts off. The wheels and the impeller both stop. Is there some sort of sensor that is causing this?

Q: Hi. I have a Sharkvac XL pool cleaner. It’s about 6-8 years old. It does not seem to cleaning the pool well. The power cord is all tangled as well. Is there a new power cord I can buy that doesn’t twist? Or do you have a recommendation?
