Q: Hi there. We have had the SharkVAC Automatic Robotic Pool Cleaner for five years. Last summer, it just started acting up on us. I will put it into the pool, turn it on, and it will blow out all of the water and get prepared. It will start to move and then two seconds later it just stops like there is no power to the unit. We’ve just opened up our pool tonight and the exact same thing is happening. I don’t see any troubleshooting guides on your site for this item. Is it the vacuum or is it the power source it is plugged into? I’ve tried pushing the fuse button, but I don’t know what the problem is as it does power up and start but immediately stopped once the movement has begun.

Q: Our 3 year old sharkvac stopped working due to a broken drive tread. Can I purchase a replacement part?
