Q: We had a pool installed in May of 2024 and every since the first day the app say that the chlorinator is high. We have the water test at a local pool store and it reads lower than what the app says. For instance The app shows the chlorinator is at 5257 ppm but the test at the pool store say it is 3120ppm . Are installer told us that they is a update coming out to fix this. Do you know when that is coming out ? and is what they told us the truth ?

Q: Hi, I've recently installed a in-ground pool. I'm trying to gain a better understanding of its workings. My question pertains to the salt/chlorination process. How do I know, or at what level should I see, that tells me that the pool has the proper salt/chlorination levels. I have the Hayward Omni-Logic App. It has a "Chlorinator" reading. Mine currently shows 2854 PPM Chlorinating. What is the proper range? What do I do if it falls outside the range?
