Q: Every salt cell I buy never lasts as long as the first one I had after getting my pool built. They are covered in calcium buildup after 6 months and even after cleaning them the "problem detected" led is blinking. Do they no longer make these things like they used to? They aren't cheap.

Q: My unit has an issue detected light in The lowest clorine light is flashing. I have cleaned the cell If I lower the clorine to the lowest level and then raise it back up it shows clorine being generated and issue light goes out and then comes back again later. It appears not producing clorine might be issue but pool levels are at 3.

Q: I have the 3c system and need a 1 1/2 inch pipe compression ring. Small plastic ring that goes on the pipe. Not the ring that goes in the nut. I have tried three Hayward dealers and they done even know what I am talking about even if I show them!
