Q: Hayward controller isn’t connecting to Wi-Fi. Error message says “there appears to be an issue with the radio. Please try resetting the hardware and try again. If this does not fix the problem, please call for service “. We live in a rural part of Az. Don’t have a technician that I am aware of. Have turned it off and back on hoping it would reset but hasn’t. In network setup it scans for connections but says none found. Know there is a signal there from several networks.

Q: Please clarify, what does "No Sub" refer to? The website text and specs are the same for the HLPRO4SW and HLPRO4NSW, so...besides the Model Name and Model#, what's the actual difference? I assume the difference is that the No Sub (HLPRO4NSW) *supports* the 100A subpanel, but doesn't actually *include* it like HLPRO4SW does.

This controller does not have a subpanel (Where breakers can be installed) built in.
