Q: I also have an old unit 2030 like Ernie C who asked on June 20, 2025 about the Automatic Air Relief Assembly. My paperwork/owner's manual lists the part # DEX2420AR. Did the one Hayward suggested to him work/fit? How much is it? Can it be returned if it does not fit properly? Does Hayward have a phone # where you can speak with a representative?

Q: My C2030 is an old unit and the manual relief assembly needs replacement.the new replacement from your website does not have a floater just like the oem I pulled out, will the new one work with no floater

Hi, I believe you will need a DEX2420MAR2 Air Relief Assembly. However you might want to take the one you have into a local Hayward Dealer to ensure it will fit.
