Why does my Hayward OmniLogic and Pro App say MSP Not Connected

The Hayward OmniLogic® App and Hayward Pro App will undergo scheduled maintenance to improve our cloud services. During this time, app connectivity may be intermittent.

Please note that your pool systems will continue to operate normally and follow all existing schedules throughout this update.

Please note that new account creations or site registrations during the maintenance window may be subject to data loss. We recommend postponing new registrations until maintenance is complete.

When these maintainance cycles occur they will result in the following screen:

Select a site from the menu.
