Q: Hello, I have purchased a new Hayward TriStar VS 1.85HP pool pump. The Pump is being installed inside an underground vault. An electrician will be wiring the pump and I would like to mount the Digital Control Interface on a wall so I can control the pump operation and set up the timer from under my porch. Can you advise on all the Hayward part numbers I need to accomplish this? The manual sates "The interface can also be wall mounted using the parts supplied in the optional wall mount kit." Hi, other than the wall mount kit you will need some cat 5 wire to connect the pump to the control.
