Q: Since the handle on the $145 part, SPX0740BA, broke after less than 2 years and is no longer under warranty, can the just the handle be replaced or does the whole assembly have to be replaced?

Q: I replaced SPX0740BA in January 2023 and now the handle has broken after less that 2 years. Is this part still under warranty? The original part lasted over 20 years. Can the just the handle be replaced or does the whole assembly have to be replaced?

Q: I purchased this product last year (09/18/2023) and now have to replace it again due to gasket failure. The gasket is glued to key assembly and cannot be removed. The gasket failed and showed signed of chemical degradation. My first gasket lasted 13 years. What has changed? What type of rubber material is the gasket made with? My local pool supplier Achtwoo Pool & Spa Pros (Orange Texas) has no answers to my questions, so I am contacting the manufacturer directly. I will not continue with a 12-month life expectancy for a gasket that cannot be changed out.
