Q: I read the manual to change to Heat only mode and it tells me to hold down - + buttons together for 5 seconds then I will see either a C, H or A. Select which one I want then within no other activity it set that mode. I hold for 5 seconds and it shows nothing. If I turn it off and I hit either + or - it then shows me that function which I selected but in the manual it says once you turn it off it will resort to what the setting was at manufacturer. I have searched for videos to show me how but nothing. Thanks

Q: The HP31005T says it’s 40” tall, and needs 72” vertical clearance. I’m assuming for ventilation. Is that 72” on top of the 40”, so I’d need 112” clearance above the unit.

A:
It is 72" above the heat pump.
