Q: I have a gva24 that connects my pool pump to my solar pool heater. We turned off the heater over the winter. I went to turn it on but am unsure if the actuator is positioned correctly and my pool person says HD "doesn't want to be liable" in case he does it wrong. The pipe from the pump comes in from below and the two pipes up the wall go to the roof solar panels (water goes up one and down the other I assume). The gva24 is installed vertically and the handle os pointing directly right. The word closed is on the left side. So i assume it is open and ready to go? I can send a pic.
