HI, there could be a number of things that might be the cause of your heater not firing. The gas valve might be the issue, but it may not be. Since this is a gas appliance we do not troubleshoot them with consumers, but you can find a service center ...
HI, there could be a number of things that might be the cause of your heater not firing. The gas valve might be the issue, but it may not be. Since this is a gas appliance we do not troubleshoot them with consumers, but you can find a service center near you by going to our website Hayward.com. Click on the "Dealer Locator tab in the upper right, then answer the questions in the drop down lists. I'm sure one of our qualified gas service centers can determine the issue and take care of it for you.
