Q: I am working on an older cat 5000. It has a low flow alarm but the flow sensor is spinning fast but still sending a low flow alarm. I unplug the flow sensor to see if it was a bad connection. While it is unplugged the low flow alarm goes away. This just started, any ideas or advice?

Q: just replaced the orp probes for both pool and hot tub and both are reading system ok but both are very low on chlorine. Looked to see if i could recalibrate the orp in the controller like on the ph but there must not be an option. while testing the only thing that is off is chlorine levels. everything else is very close to where it should be. As in PH, Alkalinity, and calcium.
