Q: Are the CL200 and the CL200EF the exact same?

Q: I have what I believe is the cl200. Why does the body keep cracking/splitting at what looks to be the seam? I have used these for years with no issues yet the last one I bought cracked and I contacted you and was sent a warranty replacement and now this one has cracked the same. It is at the top where the lid screws on.

Q: I have a Haywood CL200 inline chlorinator that I installed at the end of May. I added about 11-3”trichlor tabs; however, the tabs don’t really seem to be dissolving and there is a strong odor when I open the lid?

Q: I have the CL200 chlorinator. During season startup the lid was difficult to put on and remove. I looked at the top and it appears mine had a rubber gasket around the lid that was stretched out of shape. This appears to be a flat gasket rather than an o Ring. I can't find a replacement.
