Q: I asked the question, yesterday: Of my two choices...the Aquanaut and the TracVac, which one will work better at higher flow and negative pressure from a high-HP VS pump? I may not always want to use high speed, but I cannot always guarantee the pump won't run at that speed. Your answer: Customer Care Team 04/07/25: A: Hi, both of these cleaners have required flow rates, and operating them outside those rates can cause issues with performance and reliability. Then referred me to "product pages". Next Q: I found NO information about min or max flow rates/HP for TracVac. Aquanaut only specified a Min flow rate/HP of 35/0.50. NO max. I need engineered max on both. Thanks.

Q: What is difference in AquaNaut 200 and AquaNaut 250? The title of this page says 200 but in the description it refers to the 250. Also, is it possible to get a white hose or do they only come with gray hoses?

Q: My pool is 15'x30' with a 9' deep-end and 3' shallow-end (variable pump). Will the aquanaut 200 work on my pool?

Hi, you might find that the two wheel model struggles to climb out of the deep end. A better option would be the AquaNaut 450 PBS42CST

Q: I have a 200–2 2 Wheel Dr. my question is is it supposed to stop and turn once in a circle or turn twice in a circle and take off again?

The cleaner may do this. It is part of the guidance system to ensure the entire pool is covered.

Q: Do you sell repair kits for the AquaNaut 200? One wheel lost the small sprocket and spins freely. Found this out, by emptying the leaf bag and found a bunch of parts, tiny ball bearings, etc? It just drives in the same circles now. A buddy gave me his old one and I salvaged parts for one side, now the other side failed. lol
